BROCCOLI CHICKEN BAKE 
1 bag broccoli cuts
3-4 chicken breasts, boil 30-45 minutes
6-8 slices American or Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup, mix with 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 can French fried onions

Place broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Place chicken breasts cut in 1 inch cubes on broccoli. Place cheese on chicken. Spread mushroom soup and mayonnaise over cheese. Layer sliced water chestnuts and sliced mushrooms on top of soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Take out and top with onions. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
