GRILLED ZUCCHINI | |
4 sm. or 2 med. zucchini 1/4 c. oil 1 tbsp. chopped dill 1. Cut each zucchini in half lengthwise. 2. With a paring knife, score the flesh of each zucchini half in a diamond (criss-crossed) pattern, but do not cut through the skin. 3. Marinate several hours. 4. Put zucchini halves on grill, skin down. Grill about twenty minutes, turning every 5 minutes and basting with reserved marinade. Serves 4. |
