PEAR PIE 
3 c. pears, sliced
1/4 c. lemon juice
Cinnamon
Butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch, mixed in sm. amount of cold water
Pie dough for a two crust pie

Mix pears, sugar, juice, cornstarch and cook until slightly thick. Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Place top crust over filling and seal, poke holes in top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
