MUSHROOM GRAVY 
2 tbsp. butter
2-3 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can condensed cream of mushroom
1 can chicken stock

In large skillet melt butter and add flour to make a paste. Pour in chicken stock. Stir with a whisk continuously. Add mushroom soup, stir until thickened. Serve over mashed potatoes, meats or vegetables.
