NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream

Spread bottom of pan with butter and pat in graham cracker crust. Put cottage cheese in large bowl and cream. Beat at high speed until well blended. Gradually add sugar and eggs, reduce speed to low and add creamed cheese, lemon and vanilla. Beat well. Add butter and sour cream; blend. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Leave in oven until cool. Do not open oven door. Leave in oven for 2 hours.
