EASY KEY LIME PIE 
1/2 c. fresh lime juice or frozen concentrate
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 9" graham cracker pie shell
1-2 drops green food coloring, optional

Combine juice and milk in mixer. Add sour cream and food coloring; mix thoroughly. Pour into crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. (Overnight is best.) Garnish with lime slices or top with whipped cream. Serve straight from refrigerator. Serves 8.
