EASY KEY LIME PIE 
1/2 c. fresh lime juice or frozen concentrated lime juice
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Drop or two of green food coloring (optional)
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie shell

Combine juice and milk in the mixer. Add sour cream and food coloring and mix thoroughly. Pour into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best.) Garnish with lime slices on top with whipped cream. Serves 8.
