HOT BUTTERED RUM MIX 
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg

Process the ice cream and butter until smooth. Add the brown sugar, spices, and half of the powdered sugar. Process until blended. Add the rest of the powdered sugar and combine. If mixture becomes too stiff, stir in the remaining powdered sugar by hand.

Store the mixture in a covered container in the refrigerator of freezer. For each serving, place 3 tablespoons of the mix in a mug. Add 1 ounce of rum and fill to the top with boiling water. Stir.

Bobby and JoJo love this also, without the rum, of course!! Makes about 6 cups.
