bark chocolate (available in Walmart baking section)
graham cracker crumbs

Slip a pretzel into a marshmallow so that the marshmallow will stand up on its end but not through to the other side. Best to do many like this before getting started. Set aside.

Melt chocolate bark and put in warm shallow Crock-Pot to keep chocolate from hardening. Pour graham cracker crumbs into shallow platter.

Now for the fun: Take marshmallow by the pretzel stick and dip into the chocolate, just covering up to the top edge of marshmallow. Let extra chocolate drip off. Then QUICKLY roll side to side then 'tap' bottom in graham cracker crumbs and set aside on wax paper. Get it to the wax paper quickly, the chocolate will harden in just a few minutes.

Like pancakes, these S'mores will be 'ate up' faster than you can make them! Can make ahead BUT the pretzel will turn stale due to the moisture within the marshmallow in a few hours.

Try these variations: Dark chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry marshmallows, etc... Have fun!!!
