HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. brandy or 2 tbsp. brandy and 2 tbsp. flavored liquor

Place chips, sugar and milk in pan and melt over low heat until melted and smooth. Add butter and heat slowly until well blended and smooth. Add lemon juice, vanilla and brandy. Pour into jars and store. When ready to use, heat in pan of boiling water and pour over cold ice cream.
