LASAGNA 
4 oz. egg noodles (or yolk free)
1 c. lowfat Cottage cheese
1 lb. ground turkey
28 oz. can of tomatoes, undrained, cut up
6 oz. can of tomato paste
1 onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese (or substitute mild Cheddar)

Use a 9 x 13 inch pan or two 9 x 9 inch pans. Cook noodles according to package. Combine noodles with Cottage cheese and put in refrigerator. Brown meat and pour off fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic powder, oregano and salt and pepper. Simmer on very low heat about 1 hour or less, stir occasionally. Pour 1/3 sauce into casserole dish, top with half noodle mixture, then half Mozzarella cheese, then repeat. End with sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
