1 packet, any flavor, BLAIR pie mix, prepared & cooked
1 c. thawed non-dairy whipped topping

Prepare any flavor BLAIR pie mix as directed and cool. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spoon into dessert glasses. Garnish with additional whipped topping or fruit, if desired.

COFFEE MOUSSE; Use vanilla or chocolate flavor Blair pie mix, prepared and cooled. Fold in 2 teaspoons instant coffee and whipped topping.

LEMON MOUSSE: Prepare Blair lemon pie mix as directed and cool. Add grated lemon rind and whipped topping.
