CHINESE-STYLE CABBAGE 
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt
Lemon pepper

Heat butter in a large skillet. Drop in the vegetables. Stir well.

Cover tightly, and steam 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring several times. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
