ALL IN ONE CASSEROLE | |
1 med. head cabbage (shredded) 1 lg. onion (chopped) salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. ground beef (or mixture veal, pork and beef) 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water (or 1 can stewed tomatoes) Place cabbage in greased baking dish. Brown onion, then meat. Stir in rice and place mixture on top of cabbage. Season. Pour soup and water on top of your stewed tomatoes. Cover with foil. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6. |
