CHICKEN CASSEROLE III | |
1 cut-up whole chicken 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can chicken broth 2 tbsp. chopped onions, lightly sauteed 1/4 c. butter, melted Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. Bisquick mix 1 c. milk 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables Arrange chicken in casserole dish. Mix together celery soup, and chicken broth; add onions and butter. Pour mixture over chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste. In separate bowl, blend Bisquick and milk. Stir into chicken and soup mixture; add frozen vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown crust forms. |
