BANANAS FOSTER 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
4 sm. bananas, sliced lengthwise
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. light rum
1 tbsp. banana liqueur
French vanilla ice cream

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add bananas and cook about 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Combine rum and liqueur and pour over bananas. Use match to flame liquid, basting bananas until flame burns out. Serve over ice cream. 4 servings.
