PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 boxes pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
8 oz. mini chocolate chips

Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, club soda, cooking oil and almond extract for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add the ingredients remaining. Pour into a well- greased bundt or angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in the pan 45 minutes.
