GRANDMA'S PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. cornmeal
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sour cream (or yogurt)

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl. Mix in buttermilk and sour cream. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Makes 24 - 4 1/2 inch diameter. GOOD FOR WAFFLES, TOO!
