CHINESE-STYLE GRILLED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
2 lg. garlic cloves, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken breasts, skinned & boned

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning 3 times. Grill indoors or out. 6 to 8 servings.
