CORN PUDDING 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (17 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream

Mix and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9 x 11 pan.
