RED VELVET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar
BLAIR red food coloring

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, vinegar and mix well. Sift flour and soda together. Add flour and milk slowly to sugar mixture. Then add flavoring and the desired amount of coloring, mix well. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick.
