LOBSTER BISQUE 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
4 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. diced cooked lobster
1 tbsp. paprika
3/4 c. light cream

Melt the butter and stir in the flour, salt, pepper, celery salt, and dill. Blend and add milk and chicken stock slowly. Cook on low, continuously stirring until thickened. Add onion, lobster, and paprika and heat. Add light cream and serve.
