LO-CAL PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
3 oz. boned chicken
Pineapple juice
1 1/2 slices sesame Melba toast
Salt, paprika, garlic salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken in pineapple juice. Crush melba toast and mix with salt, paprika and garlic salt. Roll chicken in seasoned crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves one.
