3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. cold water
Food coloring
Dish detergent

Mix sugar and cornstarch together in medium saucepan. Add water and stir. Cook over low heat, stirring continually, for 5 minutes. Cool and pour evenly into 4 plastic or paper cups. Add a couple drops of different colored dye to each cup and then a drop of detergent to each. Ready for finger painting fun!
