PAPRIKA STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 tbsp. butter
2 lg. red onions, sliced
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1 (3 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef bouillon
6 med. potatoes, peeled & cut in quarters
4 med. carrots, sliced

Brown beef stew meat, onion and butter. Combine with remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
