BAKED CHICKEN SUPREME | |
1/2 pt. sour cream 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1 tsp. paprika 4 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned 1/2 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed fine 1/4 c. melted butter Butter glass dish. Mix sour cream with next 7 ingredients. Coat chicken breasts well with mixture and marinate, covered, in refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours). Sprinkle breasts with stuffing mix. Drizzle with butter. Bake covered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer or until tender. |
