BAKED CHICKEN TORTILLAS 
4 tortillas
2 chicken breasts, boned, split, raw
4 slices Jack cheese
1 sm. can Ortega green chili peppers
1 can chicken consomme
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated (optional)

Place chicken breasts in center of tortillas covering with sliced Jack cheese. Place Ortega or other green peppers on top. Roll tortillas, place in baking dish, with seam side down. Cover with chicken consomme. Top with grated cheese if desired, during last 15 minutes of baking time. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
