PEAS WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 (10 oz.) box fresh or frozen peas
1 (4 oz.) can sliced or stems and pieces of mushrooms
2 med. onions, cut sm.
1/8 c. oil
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Lightly saute onions in oil and butter. Add peas; cook until firm. Then add mushrooms and cook a few minutes longer. Add salt and pepper and serve.
