PEAR MINCE MEAT 
7 1/2 lb. pears, after peeled
1 orange
1 lemon
1 apple
1 lb. raisins
3 lb. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. mace
1 c. grape juice

Wash orange, apple and lemon. Don't peel, cut in quarters and grind in food chopper with pears and raisins. Put onto boil and let boil about 30 minutes. Then add the grape juice and let boil until it begins to turn dark and to thicken. Put in jars and seal.
