CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
Cream until smooth 6 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese. Blend in slowly 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar. Add 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate; melted. Mix well. Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, dash salt and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Mix until well blended. Press into well greased shallow pan. Place into refrigerator until firm (about 15 minutes). Cut in squares. For softer fudge blend in 1 teaspoon cream.
