PIZZA RUSTICO 
1/4 lb. Genoa salami
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/4 lb. cappacola (hot ham)
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 lb. Ricotta (drain liquid)
3 tsp. grated Italian cheese
6 whipped eggs
Favorite pie crust recipe - top and bottom of 9 inch deep dish

Dice all meat and cheese. Mix into whipped eggs and pour into pie shell. Slit top crust to let air out. Egg will leak out so use to rub over top crust to glaze. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8. Great appetizer.
