ANTIPASTO BREAD 
1 pizza dough in can
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green or red pepper
6-8 marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
Sliced black olives
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper
Coarse salt (optional)

Lightly oil rectangle baking sheet. Pat out dough. Spread olive oil over dough. Layer onion, pepper, artichokes and olives over dough. Sprinkle dough with cheese, pepper and salt (optional)

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cut into serving pieces while warm. Cooked meats may be added prior to adding cheese and seasonings.
