GREEK FARINA CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 c. water
1 stick butter
1 (14 oz.) box reg. farina
Cinnamon

In a saucepan combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Boil low about 10 minutes. In another saucepan melt butter over low heat, add farina and lightly toast for about 30 minutes. Do not allow farina to brown. Slowly add syrup to toasted farina and cook a few minutes until mixture is very thick and holds its shape. Pour mixture into a mold that has been sprayed with any vegetable spray. Press down to pack firmly. Allow to cool. Turn mold onto a serving plate and tap until it unmolds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cut into serving pieces.
