CHICKEN FAJITAS 
6 whole chicken breasts, boned
1 pkg. McCormick Fajitas Marinade
1 whole green pepper cut in strips
1 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Salsa
1 whole onion, sliced
Dash salt
Optional: shredded cheddar, guacamole

While gas grill is heating to medium heat, marinate chicken in McCormick marinade mixed to directions on package. Cook chicken 8 minutes each side or until tender. Remove and cut into strips. Saute green peppers and onions in oil until transparent but still crispy, add dash of salt.

Warm tortillas on lightly greased griddle for just seconds. Wrap chicken strips, peppers and onions in tortilla, add salsa and sour cream (or guacamole and or shredded cheese). Serve hot.
