HOT MEAT AND CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
1 lb. ground beef
2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. minced dried onion

Brown sausage and ground beef. Drain. Combine all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low until cheese is thoroughly melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with dip size Fritos or tortilla chips.
