POOR MAN'S STROGANOFF 
1 round steak
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. dry vermouth
1 can mushrooms (optional)

Cut round steak in strips or cubes and place in a buttered casserole. Spread soup (undiluted) over meat. Add vermouth and mushrooms. Cover tightly and bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over hot noodles.
