BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 onion
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box frozen broccoli, chopped
Cracker Barrel cheese (silver wrap), shredded
Ritz crackers, crushed (about 15)

Cook broccoli and drain. Chop onion and saute. In casserole dish mix onion, egg and mushroom soup. Stir well. Fold in chopped broccoli. Grate cheese on top. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
