RHUBARB DREAM DESSERT 
Crust:

1 c. all-purpose flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter

Mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Press mix into 8x8 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350°F.

Topping:

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
pinch salt
2 c. rhubarb, chopped

Mix beaten eggs, sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt. Add chopped rhubarb and pour over baked crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
