Angel food cake (store bought or cake mix)
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 pkg. Jello instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Slivered almonds

Slice off entire top of cake. Place it on side. Make cuts into cake 1" from outer edge and 1" from edge of hole, leaving substantial "walls" on each side. Remove cake within cuts using a spoon or a curved knife. Follow directions in making Dream Whip topping. Add pudding mix and rest of milk. Fold in 1/3 cup slivered almonds into Dream Whip topping mixture. Spoon into cavity of cake. Replace top of cake and press gently. Frost cake with remaining Dream Whip. Top with slivered almonds. Chili at least 4 hours.
