2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mayonnaise

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking soda together 3 times. Mix mayonnaise, boiling water, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients and pour into 2 (8 inch) greased cake pans and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
