RICE AND RED BEANS 
Rice
Red beans
Coconut milk or juice
Water
Salt
Butter

Boil red beans until well done with 6 cups of water. Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk or juice in with rice (1 pound) let come to a boil, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons butter, 1 teaspoon thyme. Cook under low heat. Eat with meat or fish.
