BATTER DIPPED FISH 
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. water

Mix all the above until its like pancake batter. Cut fish into medium size pieces, dip in batter and drop into hot fat. Cook until brown. Can be used with any kind of fish.
