CELERY SEED DRESSING 
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 onion, grated
1/3 c. vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp. celery seed

Measure dry ingredients. Add onion and small amount of vinegar. Add oil, alternating with vinegar. Beat well. Add celery seed. Cover and store in refrigerator. Makes about 1 pint.
