1 can Spam
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. butter
6 tbsp. catsup

Grind together the first 4 ingredients. Add butter and catsup. Cook in double boiler for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cool and spread on buns and put in broiler. Mixture may be made the day before.
