MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 lb. hamburg
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
5 beef bouillon cubes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Orzo macaroni

Saute hamburg, onion, and garlic in large soup pan until cooked. Drain. Add all ingredients. Add cold water to cover everything. Cook 20 to 30 minutes. Add Orzo macaroni. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes until macaroni is cooked. Serve.
