1/2 cup butter flavored shortening (Crisco)
4 egg whites
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup strawberry milk (Nesquik)
2 cups cake flour (Swans Down)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix shortening, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Then mix flour, baking powder, jello and salt in another bowl. Then add dry ingredients to other mixture.

Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
