MEXICAN GOULASH | |
1 lb. hamburger meat 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can milk or hot enchilada sauce 1/2 to 1 can green chile peppers 1 bag Doritos, any flavor crushed Longhorn cheese, grated Fry meat and drain grease. Add all sauce, soups, peppers, Doritos and some of the cheese. Cook on medium heat about 15 minutes. Sprinkle more cheese on the top and simmer 5 to 7 minutes on low heat or until the cheese is melted. Serve hot with a salad. Can be reheated by placing in oven at 350. |
