CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, cooked and cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 pkg. frozen vegetables
2 eggs
3/4 c. cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan sprayed with Pam. Top with 1 cup Bisquick, 1 cup milk and 1/2 stick butter. (I place butter in small pieces on top of mixture, then, then in small bowl Bisquick and milk until smooth, then pour over top). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
