BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 pt. vinegar
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. Scott's barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all above and bring to a good boil. Simmer for a few minutes and is ready to use. Keeps well for several days in refrigerator for later use.
