CHARLOTTE'S BAKED CHICKEN 
4 skinned chicken breasts (on the bone)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 can chicken stock
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 lg. pyrex dish
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 lg. potatoes (diced)
2 stalks celery (diced)
2 carrots (diced)

Set oven at 350 degrees. Place chicken meat in greased dish. Salt and pepper chicken thoroughly. Place all ingredients in pyrex dish with chicken. Cover dish and cook for one hour. Remove and turn chicken down, cover dish and cook for 45 minutes. Remove and turn chicken up and cook uncovered for 10 minutes until lightly brown until some juice has evaporated.
